Privacy
This website collects very little about its readers. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
Readers
- The site has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking; it sets no cookies.
- Each text shows how many times it was opened, read to the end and shared. To count a visitor once a day, the server mixes the IP address and browser type with a secret that changes every day and keeps only the resulting code for one more day; it cannot be turned back into an address and is not used for anything else. Robots are not counted.
- As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical data such as the IP address, the requested address and the browser type to deliver pages and protect the service. The publication does not build profiles of readers.
Messages to the editors
Mail to editor@fflab.news is delivered through Cloudflare's email routing to a Google mailbox used by the editors. We keep a message and the sender's address only to answer and to handle corrections or requests, for up to 24 months unless it concerns an open correction or a legal matter. We do not pass them on, except where the law requires it.
Who handles the data
The controller is the owner of Future Financial Lab (write to the editors through the contact page). The site and its database run on Vercel and Supabase, DNS and email routing on Cloudflare, the editors read mail in Google's mail service, and authors' texts go to AI service providers. Data may be stored or processed outside the UAE.
