Future Financial Lab is a digital publication on real estate and investment in the United Arab Emirates. It publishes what changed, who it affects and what it means in practice, in English and Russian. Texts are prepared by AI from official documents; every statement can be traced to a source.
How a text is made
- The editors select official announcements, regulations and statistics from official pages; automatic reading is used only for sources that permit it or publish under an open licence.
- Each verifiable statement is extracted with the exact quotation it rests on.
- The text is written only from those statements; anything that is not in the sources is not in the text.
- Separate AI reviewers check every statement against its source and look for risky claims such as promises of returns.
- A human editor decides whether the text is published. This is the current rule, and this page changes if it ever does.
- The published text lists its sources and states that AI was used.
What you will find
- News: what happened, with the key facts first.
- Analysis, always labelled: who is affected, what could follow, and the arguments of the sides, built from the same checked statements.
- Articles by invited specialists and companies, labelled as the author's own view with the author's identity confirmed by the editors.
What this is not
Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Figures are reported as the source states them, with the date of the source. If you rely on a text for a decision, read the linked source.
Who publishes
Future Financial Lab is published by its editorial team. Texts appear under the name of the publication, without personal bylines. Paid or sponsored material is always labelled “Advertising” and is never presented as editorial.
