Corrections and withdrawals

A mistake in a text about money and property matters, so Future Financial Lab corrects errors in the open and says what was wrong.

What we do

  • A factual error is corrected in the text, and the correction is listed under the article with its date and also in the page's structured data.
  • A correction says what was wrong; it never silently changes the meaning of a text.
  • A text that cannot be corrected is withdrawn: its address then shows a public notice instead of the text.
  • The “updated” date of a text changes only when its words or facts change, not for a picture or a layout change.

How to report an error

Give the address of the page, the statement you think is wrong and, if you can, the official document that shows the right figure or date.

Corrections, questions and removal requests: editor@fflab.news

Where corrections appear

Under the heading “Corrections” on the article itself. A withdrawn text keeps its address and shows the reason.
